Shipments to the United States and Canada leaves on a freight truck. Note that freight carriers have restrictions on delivering to residential addresses and may require pick-up at the freight terminal. We cannot advise customers of the exact time of delivery as we do not ship on our own trucks. If you need a scheduled delivery along with tracking information, please let us know to request a custom shipping quote for your needs. For United States customers, Customs Brokerage fees are handled by Helitowcart. Note that we will need you to provide either an EIN business number or IRS number to fill out the customs brokerage paperwork.
Europe / Asia / Africa / Oceania
Most shipments to Europe / Asia / Africa / Oceania leave either by ocean freight or air freight. We usually ship to the nearest sea/airport terminal to minimize shipping costs. This means you will need to get a local freight forwarder from this terminal to your location. Brokerage fees and customs duties are not included in the shipping costs. You should check with your local authorities to estimate those costs.
